Eating according to Blook Type by Cynthia Kittrell
This is a great reference piece to have and small enough to put in my purse while doing grocery shopping.

If this is what it takes for you… by K. Curtis
I bought this book and it is a good guide line. Some people might need this for a good starting point.

But really all it comes down is restricting your calorie intake, getting off your hind end and exercising!

a life saver by rebecca channel
This book has been a life saver for me. Even when I thought I was eating well, I had no idea what I was actually doing to myself.

Following the guidelines in this book have allowed me to reduce my anti-depressant by 75% and I fully expect to do without it within the next few weeks.

I think that eating according to one’s blood type is something everyone should explore.

Great Reference Guide by Susan Beavers
This is a great reference guide for O blood types who follow the blood type diet. Each food group is separated and the lists of food are extensive. I also love that herbs and spices are included.
